We do a rigorous quality checks, scratches on frame or lens that were not present at the time of delivery are not acceptable for refund.
Eyewear product damaged due to mishandling post delivery is not acceptable for refund
Eyewear case is damaged.
Refund/ exchange is not allowed on accessories like (Lens cleaner & others)
Refund will be credited once the returned item reaches us.
